This Privacy Policy explains how Pastry Art Academy (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects personal data when you use our website, contact us, create an account, or purchase online courses.

Identity and contact data: name, email address, phone number if you provide it, and messages sent through the contact form.

Account and learning data: login identifiers, purchased products, access start and end dates, and progress markers so the dashboard can resume where you left off.

Payment references: order identifiers and payment status returned by AmeriaBank or our payment provider. We do not store full card numbers on our website.

Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, and basic usage logs needed to secure and improve the site.

We use personal data to provide the website and courses, process orders, deliver access, answer support requests, send service messages (such as access expiry reminders), improve the platform, and meet legal or accounting obligations.

We do not sell student lists or personal data to third parties for their marketing.

Depending on the activity and applicable law, we process data because it is necessary to perform a contract with you (account and course access), because you consented (for example certain cookies or optional communications), because we have a legitimate interest in securing and improving the service, or because we must comply with a legal obligation.

We may share data with payment providers (such as AmeriaBank) to complete transactions; hosting and infrastructure providers used to run the website and store account records; and professional advisers or authorities when required by law.

After launch, account and order records are intended to be hosted with a reputable provider; our current plan includes EU-based hosting. Processors act on our instructions and must protect the data.

We keep account and purchase records for as long as needed to provide access and meet bookkeeping or legal requirements. Contact-form messages are kept only as long as needed to respond and follow up.

When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it where reasonably possible.

We use technical and organizational measures appropriate to the risk, including access controls and encrypted transport (HTTPS). No online system is perfectly secure; please use a strong unique password for your account.

Subject to Armenian and other applicable law, you may request access to your personal data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion where appropriate, restriction of processing, or a copy of data you provided.

Our courses are aimed at adults and older students learning pastry skills. If you believe we have collected data from a child without appropriate consent, contact us and we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
