Return & Refund Policy

This Return & Refund Policy applies to digital purchases from Pastry Art Academy, including the Main Academy bundle and individual Masterclasses.

Because these products are digital video content delivered online, there is no physical return of goods.

When payment succeeds, access to the purchased content is made available in your personal dashboard. This is a one-time purchase for a defined access period (normally one year from the payment date).

Before buying, please confirm that you can learn in Armenian. Lessons, teacher explanations, and materials are Armenian only.

Once access to digital content has been granted after a successful payment, the purchase is generally non-refundable.

This reflects the immediate availability of educational video content and helps protect the integrity of our courses.

We may approve a refund or remedy in good faith if: (a) you were charged more than once for the same order due to a technical error; (b) you could not access the purchased content for a prolonged period solely because of a fault on our side, and we could not restore access within a reasonable time; or (c) you purchased without noticing the clear notice that lessons are taught in Armenian and you contact us promptly before making substantial use of the content.

Email [email protected] as soon as possible with your order email, approximate purchase time, and a short description of the issue.

We review eligible requests and reply to the email used for the order. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where the payment provider allows it.

Bank timelines vary. Chargebacks and disputes also follow the rules of AmeriaBank or your card issuer. We ask you to contact us first so we can resolve issues directly.

Change of mind after access was granted; unfinished viewing of lessons; dissatisfaction with personal learning results; expired access after the one-year period; or purchase of the wrong masterclass after you have opened and used the content, except where an exception above clearly applies.

Trainings shown on the website are informational until we open enrollment and publish specific purchase terms. This policy applies to paid digital products that have been checked out successfully.
