Please read these Terms before creating an account or making a purchase.
By creating an account, placing an order, or accessing purchased content, you agree to these Terms and any policies expressly incorporated into them, including our Privacy Policy and Refund/Withdrawal Policy.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited under applicable consumer-protection law.
1. Pastry Art Academy
Pastry Art Academy provides online pastry-learning programs and digital educational content.
Our current personal online offerings may include the Main Academy, individual Masterclasses, and the Training Program.
All lesson videos are currently taught in Armenian. The website and student account may also be available in Armenian, Russian, and English.
The exact content, price, access period, and other characteristics of each product are shown before purchase.
2. Eligibility
Personal student accounts are available only to individuals who are at least 18 years old.
By creating an account, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you meet the applicable age requirement.
You may not create an account on behalf of another person unless Pastry Art Academy expressly permits it.
3. Your account is personal
Each student account belongs to one person only.
Your account, login credentials, purchased programs, and access rights are personal and non-transferable.
You must not share your password, provide another person with access to your account, sell or transfer your account, register devices for another person, or otherwise allow another person to use content purchased through your account.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for informing us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
4. Account sharing and unauthorized use
Additional registered devices are intended only to allow the same student to learn from their own laptop, phone, tablet, or other personal devices.
They do not create additional student seats.
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access if we reasonably determine that an account is being shared, transferred, resold, used to provide unauthorized access to another person, or used to circumvent our access or device protections.
Where a serious or repeated violation is confirmed, the account may be permanently blocked.
Any refund following suspension or termination is governed by applicable law and our Refund/Withdrawal Policy. A violation of these Terms does not remove any consumer right that cannot legally be waived.
5. Registered devices
Personal paid access includes one registered device unless otherwise stated during checkout.
You may be able to purchase access for additional personal devices, up to a maximum of six devices.
Any additional device fee is shown before payment.
Your device allowance applies at account level according to the access rights associated with your purchases. If you already have sufficient active device allowance when buying another program, you are not charged again merely for keeping the same allowance.
A “device” may refer to a particular browser or browser profile used to access the Academy. Using a different browser on the same physical computer may therefore be treated as a separate registered device.
Clearing browser data or otherwise removing the Academy’s device information may cause that browser to be treated as a new device.
Logging out does not automatically unregister a device or free a registered-device slot.
6. Primary device and new-device approval
The first eligible device registered to a paid student account may become the account’s primary device.
When a new device or browser requests protected learning access, additional verification or approval may be required.
These measures exist to protect the student’s account and enforce the personal-use terms of the Academy.
We may require account re-verification before sensitive device or session changes.
7. Replacing a registered device
A registered device can normally be replaced after 30 days from its activation time.
The replacement period is calculated as 30 consecutive 24-hour periods, not as the beginning of the next calendar month.
A newly activated replacement device begins its own replacement period.
If a device has been lost, damaged, or has become genuinely unavailable, you may contact support to request an exceptional replacement.
Exceptional replacements are reviewed individually and are currently limited to a maximum of two exceptional replacements within a rolling 12-month period.
Approval of an exceptional replacement is not automatic.
8. Active learning sessions
You may have several registered devices within your account allowance, but protected Academy learning may normally be actively used on only one device at a time.
If learning is active on one registered device and you want to continue on another, you may be required to request or approve a learning-session switch.
This restriction applies to protected learning activity. It does not necessarily prevent you from accessing ordinary account-management functions such as your Profile, Orders, Devices, or account settings from another authenticated device.
9. Programs and digital content
The exact program you purchase is shown during checkout.
Current product categories may include the Main Academy, Masterclasses, and the Training Program.
Purchasing one product does not automatically provide access to another product unless this is expressly stated in the offer.
Masterclasses may be purchased individually.
The Training Program is sold as a complete program unless otherwise stated.
We may improve presentation, technical delivery, organization, or supporting materials over time, provided that we do not improperly remove or materially reduce content or rights already purchased in violation of applicable law.
10. Lesson language
Unless expressly stated otherwise on a product page, Academy lesson videos are provided in Armenian.
The availability of the website or student interface in English or Russian does not mean that lesson videos are translated into those languages.
You should confirm the lesson language before purchasing.
11. Prices
Prices are displayed before you place an order.
The price shown in the final checkout summary for your selected product and options is the price applicable to that order, subject to correction of an obvious technical or pricing error before payment is accepted.
Current online payments are priced and processed in AMD unless expressly stated otherwise.
We may change prices for future purchases. A later price change does not retroactively change the price of an already completed order.
Any taxes, fees, or other amounts required to be shown to you will be displayed as required by applicable law before payment.
12. Orders
Before submitting an order, you will be given an opportunity to review the selected product, device option, applicable price, and total amount.
Placing an order that clearly indicates an obligation to pay creates a request to purchase the selected digital service.
Under Armenian consumer law, electronic ordering interfaces that create a payment obligation must make that obligation unambiguous to the consumer.
An order is not treated as successfully paid merely because you return to our website from a payment page.
Access is granted only after payment has been successfully verified.
13. Payments
Card payments may be processed through an external banking or payment service.
Where a hosted bank payment page is used, payment-card information may be entered directly into the bank’s payment environment rather than into Pastry Art Academy.
We do not consider browser-return parameters alone to be proof that payment succeeded.
If payment fails, is cancelled, remains incomplete, or cannot be verified, access will not be granted until payment is successfully completed and confirmed.
14. One-time payments and renewal
Personal Academy products are currently sold using one-time payments.
There is no monthly subscription unless a future product expressly states otherwise.
We do not automatically renew your access or automatically charge your card when your access period ends.
Renewal is initiated by you.
If an eligible program is renewed before existing access expires, the renewed access may begin after the current paid access period ends, according to the renewal rules displayed at the time of purchase.
15. Access period
Unless a product expressly states otherwise, purchased online Academy programs and Masterclasses include 12 months of access from successful payment.
Different purchased products may have different access start and expiration dates.
Your account may display the relevant access period.
Expiration of access does not automatically create a new charge.
16. Learning progress
Where progress tracking is available, your account may save your viewing position and completion status.
Progress information is associated with your student account rather than with a separate profile for each registered device.
Changing between your authorized devices does not create separate learning histories.
If access expires, stored learning progress may remain associated with your account and may become available again if you later regain valid access, subject to the then-current product and retention rules.
17. Completion status
Where the platform displays lesson or video completion, completion is determined by the Academy’s learning-progress rules.
Opening a lesson or moving the playback position to the end does not necessarily mark content as completed.
If a lesson contains several required videos, all required videos may need to be completed before the lesson is shown as complete.
Progress and completion indicators are learning features and do not independently create a right to a diploma, certificate, professional qualification, or accreditation.
18. Certificates, exams, and qualifications
Unless a product page expressly states otherwise at the time of purchase, your purchase does not include a certificate, diploma, professional accreditation, theory examination, practical examination, or guaranteed professional qualification.
If certificates or examinations are introduced later, their eligibility and assessment rules will be separately published before they apply to a purchase.
19. Intellectual property
All Academy video lessons, text, graphics, photographs, course structures, educational materials, branding, and other original content are owned by Pastry Art Academy or used with authorization, unless otherwise stated.
A purchase gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the purchased content during the applicable access period.
Purchasing access does not transfer ownership or intellectual-property rights to you.
You must not copy, reproduce, publish, distribute, resell, sublicense, publicly display, upload, rebroadcast, commercially exploit, or make Academy content available to another person without our written permission.
You must not attempt to bypass access controls or technical measures used to protect Academy content.
20. Recording and redistribution
Unless Pastry Art Academy expressly provides a download function for particular material, purchased access is intended for viewing through the Academy platform.
You may not systematically record, download, extract, redistribute, mirror, or republish protected lessons.
Nothing in this section restricts rights that applicable law expressly gives you.
21. Technical requirements
You are responsible for having a compatible device, supported browser, stable internet connection, and any other ordinary technical resources required to use the online platform.
Certain security and learning functions depend on browser storage, cookies, and modern browser capabilities.
If you intentionally disable or remove required browser functionality, some protected Academy features may not work correctly.
22. Service availability
We aim to keep the platform reasonably available, but uninterrupted or error-free availability cannot be guaranteed.
Temporary interruption may occur because of maintenance, hosting issues, security work, updates, network problems, third-party service outages, or events outside our reasonable control.
Where a significant service failure materially prevents you from using purchased access, your rights and any appropriate remedy will be determined under applicable law and the circumstances of the interruption.
23. Refunds and statutory withdrawal rights
Your statutory consumer rights apply.
Under current Armenian consumer-protection rules, consumers generally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a distance contract, subject to statutory exceptions.
For digital content supplied without a physical medium, Armenian law provides circumstances in which the consumer’s return right may be lost when performance begins with the consumer’s prior express consent and acknowledgement of the resulting loss of that right.
Accordingly, where immediate digital access is requested, we may ask you during checkout to expressly:
- request that digital access begin immediately, and
- acknowledge that beginning supply may affect or end your statutory withdrawal right to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Where the law still provides a withdrawal or refund right, these Terms do not take that right away.
If you exercise a valid statutory withdrawal right, refunds will be handled according to applicable law and our Refund/Withdrawal Policy.
If digital content is defective, materially unavailable, inaccurately described, or otherwise fails to comply with mandatory consumer law, any applicable statutory remedies remain available.
A simple “no refunds” policy does not override mandatory consumer rights.
This section should be finalized together with the checkout consent flow and separate Refund/Withdrawal Policy before production.
24. Suspension and termination
We may temporarily restrict an account where reasonably necessary to investigate suspected unauthorized access, credential sharing, fraud, technical abuse, payment misuse, or a security incident.
We may suspend or terminate access for a material or repeated violation of these Terms, including deliberate account sharing, unauthorized redistribution of paid content, resale or transfer of an account, or deliberate circumvention of platform security.
Where appropriate, we may first request verification or provide an opportunity to resolve the issue.
Any termination and refund consequences remain subject to mandatory consumer law.
25. No guaranteed learning or business result
Pastry Art Academy provides educational content.
We do not guarantee that purchasing or completing a program will result in employment, business income, professional licensing, commercial success, or any particular skill level.
Individual results depend on factors including practice, previous experience, effort, equipment, ingredients, and personal circumstances.
26. Offline classes and business arrangements
Offline classes, private arrangements, corporate services, or business packages may be offered separately.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, they are not included in a normal personal online purchase.
Separate terms, pricing, or agreements may apply to those services.
If separate written terms conflict with these Terms for a particular service, the specific written terms for that service will apply to the extent permitted by law.
27. Third-party services
Parts of the Academy may rely on third-party services for authentication, hosting, video delivery, payments, email, analytics, or infrastructure.
Your use of those services may also be subject to the provider’s applicable terms and privacy practices.
We remain responsible for our own obligations to you as required by applicable law.
28. Privacy and personal data
Our processing of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
The Privacy Policy should explain the types of information collected, purposes of processing, service providers, retention, account/device information, and rights available under applicable law.
These Terms do not replace the Privacy Policy.
29. Complaints and customer support
If you have a complaint regarding an order, payment, access, registered device, or Academy service, contact us at:
Email: [email protected]
Phone: +374 41 041 881
Postal address: 37 Moskovyan Street, Yerevan, Armenia
Please provide enough information for us to identify the relevant account or order without sending passwords, full payment-card details, or other unnecessary sensitive information.
We will review complaints within a reasonable period.
If a complaint cannot be resolved directly, the parties may use an available out-of-court dispute-resolution mechanism, including mediation where applicable or mutually agreed, or seek relief through the competent authorities or courts.
Armenian law requires electronic-commerce platforms to publish information about complaint handling and applicable out-of-court dispute resolution.
30. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that may apply to you under applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms prevents a consumer from exercising rights or using a competent authority or court where those rights cannot lawfully be restricted by contract.
31. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the platform, products, technology, security requirements, or applicable law.
The current version and effective date will be published on this page.
Changes will not retroactively reduce rights already acquired through a completed purchase where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.
Where a material change requires additional notice or consent, we will provide it as required.
32. Entire agreement
These Terms, together with the product information shown before purchase and any policies expressly incorporated into the purchase, form the agreement applicable to your use of the relevant Academy service.
Under Armenian law, general electronic contract terms must be made easily and fully available to the person entering the contract, and electronic consent must be possible through a clear affirmative action.
If a specific product or separate written agreement contains terms that conflict with these general Terms, the more specific terms apply to that product to the extent permitted by law.
